Clients have the right to inspect their pieces upon delivery before accepting fulfillment. If an item arrives with an undisclosed defect or in a condition differing from its catalog documentation, our curatorial desk will coordinate an immediate collection and resolution.
Custom bespoke orders and items modified to client specifications are final sale.
